I think it one of her standout different trax of all time.

This track came to me off guard. it pulled me in with its old skoo R&B sound and tight male vocal harmonies in the background.

I'm not everyone cause I like that song a lot. One of the best and more memorable songs off of Like A Virgin. In fact, I'm going to listen to it now.

From the moment the song started I was hooked. I love the slow start of the song with her singing "Shoo Bee Doo Bee Doo Ooh Laa Laa" with just the piano. It reminds me of the way an old Donna Summer song would begin, all slow and then stop and become fast.

It's so cheesy with that saxophone solo, not to mention the cuckoo clock solo. Plus, "Shoo Be Doo, ooh la la" as a chorus just doesn't work.

I think 'Stay' is a much better, much more underrated track on Like a Virgin.

Holy crap!!! I can't believe someone even mentioned that song...as a 14 year old kid I wore that song out and still love it 2day...Such a great song and Madonna sounds so innocent and pure...Add me to the list of people who love this song...Aloha~

I love shoo be doo as well. There's just a certain innocent magic to that song that I can only compare to 60s girl groups like The Shirelles. Madonna did a lot of great songs in that vein in the 80s. True Blue being the most obvious example. Makes you wish life was really like that. Sometimes I suppose it is.
