This is the first time I've ever seen anyone putting it into the category of "good" Todd Rundgren albums. It's his most non-Todd Rundgren -sounding album to me. But whatever. confused

Has he ever really done one? I guess the newer ones could somewhat go into that category, but I wouldn't recommend any of those for a person that's new to Todd Rundgren.

If you're looking for primarily a "funky or R&B ish" Todd (as you asked), I stand by my Nearly Human suggestion.

You could look at...



...Something/Anything? as the album most would consider the definitive Todd Rundgren release.

Being a double album it's also a lot of music for the money.
