Heaven 17 As I am typing this, I am grooving to the sounds of this great synth-pop band. While you had the Human League's awesome blend of pop & innovative electronica, Heaven 17 turned that style into something funky. Penthouse & Pavement is one of the best albums to come out the New Wave/Synth-Pop era.
