I didn't say doing the cardio was easier, but she has all the time in the world without worrying about working the 9-5 or finances to focus on losing the weight, plus a personal chef to prepare healthy food for her. Finally, its all for business reasons, not health reasons why she did it. She has a single coming out and I knew or expected that she would lose the weight. That's why it's not a big deal.

I know people who lost weight on their own for health reasons. I admire those people more.

Janet isn't going to live a long life! YOU can not keep gaining & losing weight that fast! She has done this for 15 years now!!

You can not pop tons of diet pills, liposuction,etc.

This isn't healthy!

She looks fat as hell then less then 8 months later she is in the best shape I have ever seen anyone ever in!

One of these times doing this for a stupid album she is going to die OR just ruin her health and she will just not live as long!

I think the media exgerrated her weight gain a lot. you can't really tell how much weight Janet actually gained because she was always dressing in layers that made her bigger than she what she actually was. and I think this is the most weight she gained imbetween an album . also Janet is a pettie woman so gaining weight also show's more on smaller people , it may look like she gained 50 lbs , put in actually she could have gained 35 lbs or something.
