APRIL 24 - Jamie Foxx - Unpredictable is already out. Is this a remix album?

Those dates look like U.K. dates. Maybe it's getting a late U.K. release.

Yep, it's a worldwide release schedule (non-U.S.)

Another Harry Nilsson compilation....Gosh, record companies will pick at a dead man's catalog like vultures on a carcass. It's too bad, too, cause Harry was one HELL of a songwriter.

Hey, those lists are worldwide release schedules (not U.S.) so the Fefe album might be coming out earlier worldwide than it is in the States.

Just got this recently...

official press release - march 29 -

FEFE DOBSON IS #1 MOST ADDED AT RADIO WITH“THIS IS MY LIFE”

SUNDAY LOVE, FEFE DOBSON’S SECOND RELEASE, OUT JUNE 20th

FOLLOW-UP TO DEBUT ALBUM, FEFE DOBSON, OF 2003, FEATURING MTV TRL HIT, “TAKE ME AWAY”

Dobson collaborates with top songwriters, producers, and guests including Billy Steinberg, Matthew Wilder, Howard Benson, Ben Grosse and John 5

(March 29, 2006– New York, NY) Island recording artist Fefe Dobson, who created a sensation with her self-titled debut album and back-to-back Top 40 hits “Take Me Away” (a massive MTV TRL, MTV2, and MTV.com smash in 2003) and “Everything” (in 2004), has completed her eagerly-anticipated second album, SUNDAY LOVE. The new album will arrive in stores on June 20th. The first single “This Is My Life” is already creating a buzz, as it is #1 most added at radio it’s first week at the HOT AC format.

“This Is My Life” is one of three songs – with common themes of love and loss – that Dobson co-wrote with iconic songwriter Billy Steinberg, along with “Don’t Let It Go to Your Head” and “The Initiator.” Steinberg’s best-known hit songs include “Like a Virgin” (Madonna), “True Colors” (Cyndi Lauper), “I’ll Stand by You” (Pretenders), and many others. “This is My Life” and “Don’t Let It Go to Your Head” were produced and mixed, respectively by master hitmakers Howard Benson and Tom Lord-Alge, who also worked on Dobson’s “As a Blonde.”

Putting in double-duty as co-writer (with Dobson) and producer of four tracks – “Scar,” “Be Strong,” “Man Meets Boy,” and “If I Was a Guy” – is Matthew Wilder, top songwriter and producer of many hot songs. Dobson describes their composition process as concise, yet fulfilling. Often, Dobson’s songs began with her poetry and grew into expressive, powerful tracks that reflect both Dobson’s growth as a songwriter and Wilder’s experience in the field.

Ben Grosse, best known for his work with Marilyn Manson, produced the lion’s share of five tracks on SUNDAY LOVE. Two of them, “Miss Vicious” and “Troubled Girl” were co-written by Dobson and former Manson guitarist John 5, who also plays on the tracks. Much like her relationship with Wilder, Dobson and John 5 worked with Dobson’s emotional experiences, turning them into expressive pop songs.

SUNDAY LOVE marks a shift from FEFE DOBSON, an album largely recorded when Dobson was 15 and 16 years-old. Now 21, Fefe’s songs reflect a new stage in her growth as a person and an artist and her new approach towards life and music, without losing the catchy hooks and spunky attitude for which she is known.

“I see the world in a totally different light and I want to express that,” she sums up. “SUNDAY LOVE is just about chillin’ and relaxing and enjoying every possible aspect of my life right now.”
