For some reason I imagine theAudience rocking out means actually picking up a guitar and playing live to those songs. smile

nod You and I have the same suspicion.

'Course, I try to, as well.

In my case, off the top of my wee bald head:

GN'R - Paradise City, Live & Let Die and November Rain
I - Bad Dog (written about my tempermental doggie)
Prince - Anotherloverholenyhohead (12") and Mountains (12" -- when BrownMark lays it down toward the end)

But, my mother of all mothers:

Living Colour -- Time's Up (between the meter changes and Muzz Skilling's mad slappin', it's a great headbang for me...)

Well, I have played some of those tunes in bands but what makes you think i'm not beyond whipping out an Air-Strat (Air-Les Paul is still too heavy) and duck-walkin' it across the floor?

I especially love doing it because it drives my kids nuts. lol

That song title reminds of another group - Saga.
Their tune On The Loose is another cool Rock-Out tune. headbang

I heard some disturbing news that Ashanti was actually in E.U.'s "Da Butt" video as a child! omfg

And I have a strange inkling that when the reporter asked her this question her face grimaced up and she didn't say E.U.'s "Da Butt" she probably SANG the hook to the reporter and he or she had to do some research on their own to incorporate it in the article.

!!!!

im surprised she hasnt covered it with ja-rule doing the hook. falloff

Now that sounds more like theAudience--being so specific as to say Air Strat (and even giving a reason why it can't be an Air-Les Paul). lol

That's a great song. I was a little disappointed with the rest of the album though.

Blame, etc & Honky's Ladder from the Afghan Whig's Black Love album. From time to time I slap on the headphones and wish you could find those songs in a Karaoke bar.

Just an aside, there aren't enough Karaoke 'alternative' tunes. The closest I've ever gotten to a good rockin' tune at a K-Bar was 'Bullet with Butterfly Wings' by the Smashing Pumpkins...
"I got the devil in me, girl." - 'John the Baptist', Afghan Whigs
"Love has no other desire but to fulfill itself."

That's probably how I feel about that TSOOL album. I heard that single and bought the album preparing to have my mind blown. It wasn't.
