She has a powerful voice. SHes not really good for going too long live. She has done a HELL of a job on Oprah and a couple of other TV promotions. But watching her on tour, she lip synch through about 1/2 the Charmbracelet show...especially on ma sawng "Subtle Invitation".

She is more a STUDIO singer. There are people who can sing like a hell while on promotions and making the album, but working a tour doing 3 hrs. every day plus warms up and roadtrips can be tiring.
Still I love her and respect the hell outta her for even standin in the game for us thus long. Plus presenting if not, thee best album in her catologue.

I saw Charbracelet tour twice and she sang live. Including the whistle notes. Her voice was back in top form. Most of the TV performances have been live recently. Esp the grammy's.
