CONGRATULATIONS! You are the ONLY person other than me that knows WHO he is and can actually name some material. I love "House of Jupiter" and the Junior Vasquez mix was one of my favorite dance songs last year. Listed it many times last year with NO response whatsoever. Not really into Lilth Fair-esque folk/rock lite fare on his disc, so it didn't grab me. But he has a very pretty voice and I'd love to see him live if he were at a festival. Did he headline the show you attended tonight?

Did he headline the show you attended tonight? He was opening for Garrison Starr. It was really awesome, I got to meet Casey and chat with him, and he signed my CD. He also played the song "Cellophane" at my request Listening to him sing live, you REALLY get an appreciation for how strong his voice is. He reminds me of Tori Amos, only obviously a male version. Really a tremendous artist.

Really a tremendous artist. That sounds like a worthy time, indeed. Glad you did. I do sense the definite Tori-isms in his delivery. I hope he drops something new later this year.
