What song was sampled for Beyonce's "Be With You"

I know its a mashup of different songs - like the verses come from Shuggie Otis and the hook comes Boosty Collins, but where did the acutal beat that she's singing over come from?

Ive heard this beat sampled so many times by rappers but I never came figure out where it originally comes from.
