Best live performances

This thread is about your best live concert experiences, i need them in detail

the best was the 1991 Japan Bobby Brown concert, that dude was a beast in the performance side back in the day, until he married whitney and lost his hunger he had.

Bobby killed it.Bobby was crazy from his Houdini opening act,to him utilizing the D.J. to bring that overall killer hip hop energy. The ballads roni,RockWitcha,Song For U,man bobby killed it,even cover flashlight, and was rapping over it,and He performed the full version of Tap into my heart, and in the interview portion said he has an Lp coming out in the next two months,he probably scraped it once him and whitney become serious.

Back to the concert.....

BACKUP VOCALIST
Harold Travis
Trina Broussard
Portia Griffen

DANCERS
Kelsey Brown
Landon Brown(Bobby's son)
Shane Johnson
Saleema Mubaarak
Derick Brown
Willie Watkis
Fatima Robinson(now famous coregrapher)
Latisha Oliver

It starts wit u seeing bobby practice on the concerts for the Japan T.V. then bobby is singing a song which is really great it is one of those from the heart type songs and i think it is called "Looking in for the outside what do u see",it is a real great song,a great uptempo to midtempo groove

The setting was a billboard checkers looking floor, white and black

He started acting like a magacian, when they came with boxes and put them together and out comes Bobby.Dressed like M. Bison(From Street Fighter) meets Diplomat Michael Jackson(How MJ usually dresses like)

1. My Prerogative

He first performs My Prerogative and it is crazy the dances and the DJ.man a DJ adds to the performance,if he knows how to really dj and scratch and not use DATS.The dance moves where off the chain for My Prerogative where he was really flipped and changed up all the dances, for the whole song.

2. Tap Into My heart

And if u thought My Prerogative was funky, all of sudden he plays Tap Into My Heart, and the dance moves are off the chain,Bobby and the Heart and Soul dancers and Brownsugar dancers(the females) get down really get down, and he plays the full version of the song and again i cant stress how hot the DJ is.

3.Don't Be Cruel

Again i can't stress wut a good DJ does to a performances, man in the beginning of the Don't Be Cruel, the keyboard part in the intro the DJ keeps cutting up Go,Go,GO,just gets u crazy into it,and then the dances forget MC Hammer, bobby is better i am a believer now, until somebody has a concert of MC hammer, bobby is something special, especially Heart and Soul(Willie Watkins(his cousin) and Derek Brown) man those Boys can really get down.

THEN AFTER A BLAZING GUITAR SOLO,by some unkown guitar man

4.Roni

OH MY GOD roni is like 15 or 20 minutes long and it is hot,he makes it feel like u want a lady(and if u r mello and any other girl on this forum,a man).He has on an all white suit and really sings the HELL OUT OF THIS SONG.MAN his vocals improved. And towards the end bobby shows the Japanese crowd how he gets down,in bed,and shows his bed moves and thrust.

5. Rock Wit Cha

Roni segues right into Rock Wit cha, which also is like 10-15 minutes long and bobby continues singing like he is dare i say like David Ruffin, also adds another verse to the song and then the blazing saxaphone solo by his band member,it was crazy. The he calls a girl from the girl, she is so shy,and bobby starts playing seductive tricks on her,and it is funny when he touches here legs and she gets scared, then he goes into singing to her,and then does the roni think when drops to his leg in the video and hugs here, and starts gyrating on her.

6. Nothing Comes For Free–by Coop B with Landon as dancer

Bobby leaves and allows his sister(who is quite thick in the back) and her No Questions dancers to rock the crowd his sister is a rapper who is a cross from MC Lyte and Salt N Pepa. She can rap alright, and Landon Brown(bobby's first son) comes out and straight murders the dance moves.and again his DJ murders it too.

7. A BeatBox(Bobby Brown) vs. Scratching(His DJ)

Bobby and crew are dressed like B.B.D when they performed on AMA 1991,with the jeans and graffiti sprayings allover the clothes,it is a hot look thats back(THANKS CAM & DIPSET).Man bobby can really beatbox, not up there wit say Dougie,Human Beatbox,or Razhal or Biz but he was mimicking his DJ scratches and stuff, and the Dj was killing it like he was GQ from Juice, great bit which segues into

8. Every Little Step

Man they dance like how they do the video but not only heart and soul but the females, and they really get down with the Pretty Boy.And bobby adds another rap at the end of his original rap, which sounds like sumthing Slick Rick would sing. And he really sounds great singing live

9. Flashlight w/with Landon & Kelsey as dancers

Bobby raps over the instrumental of the Parliaments classic, and he was trying to sound like Nas on Live At the Barbeque, and he was spitting some real gangsta lyrics.Talking about robbing, shooting the everyday 50 Cent music type rap(which is hot). Then all of sudden Landon comes out with Kelsey Brown(Bobby's nephew),and they rock it like if they were ABC

10. Song For You

This is the Donny Hathaway classic he wrote it,and Temptations blew it up. Bobby again singings the hell out of this song, and allows his backup singers to get some shine as they sing the song to him,it has a great feeling like when Mary J. Blige sings or R. Kelly's - I WIsh

11. On Our Own

He performs this last and he really does the same dance moves from the one Knyte showed of the Bobby tour. But with that added "it" and as the DJ plays the Slick Rick vocal samples over the On Our Own track it is 11 minutes with bobby and all dancers and his sister doing the train durirng the end,and then Bobby does his magicain think turning a girl to his KING OF STAGE seat wut a showman.

GREAT SHOW,and THE JAPANESE CROWD IS REALLY IN TO IT REAL LIVE,LIKE THE NYC CROWD(if u from New York and have gone to a rap concert from NY,there is no better place to perform trust me)
