I'm not sure that I really like it. It's noisy, and not in a good way. I also don't think the lyrics are up to their usual standard. Definitely a step back from 'Flamboyant'. I'm hoping that the album will be better.

I really didn't like it the first time I heard it but I've been listening to it a lot lately and it's starting to grow on me. I definately like the idea of the song better than the song itself. Sounds like something that should be on "Actually"...Not an outake but good enough to be in the middle of the album somewhere. Maybe not a single though.

When I first saw the title, I figured there was a Bush connection and then when I heard the song I figured it was about a stupid lover but leave it to Neil. The writing is very cleaver and it could be interupted either way...I also think that Connie might like the line "Is stupid really stupid or a different kind of smart?", even though that's probably a jab at his being able to manipulate people with his "aw shucks"isms.
