That statement has nothing to do with rap/hip-hop. It speaks to black people having babies out of wed lock!!!!! What in the heck is worng with you? Its right there. Nowhere does that say that rap glorifies having babies.

Rather I was pointing out that due to the problems with fatherless children in the black community that many young black males identify with what they see in hip-hop...which is the image of thugs and pimps and ganstas

And it should not matter what race the female is...a video hoe is a video hoe; a photo hoe is a photo hoe. they are making a serious effort to play different kinds of music videos and other black images other that the ghetto ones that they club everyone over the head

Watching this show right now called My Two Cents...set is kind of cheesey but they are talking about images of black culture on TV...and are on point. They specifically have talked about Flava's show on VH1 which is embarassingy horrific.

They also are talking about how low the bar has been set...surely we all know this with the kinds of music is out there.

To me Hip Hop has really lowered the bar in music
