http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 That's a REAL early one!! I have a lot of her vinyl and a few CDs. Those of you who are really into her probably know about Little Jimmy Scott, too. He's the even older vocalist who Nancy Wilson patterned herself after (you need to know his history) and if you randomize the two of them, you pretty much can't tell the difference in their voices. Her pipes and beauty have both held up through the years. She still looks and sounds great! Never trust anything spoken in the presence of an erection.

I respect the fact that she concentrated on her music, instead of creating drama in her personal life or compromising her public reputation with divaness....she's a definite icon.  "Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive."

ANytime I heard people mention Nancy Wilson and the influence she had on them as artist, I was surprised so many people thought so highly of only the guitarist of Heart but then I figured it out. I'll have to check out her stuff sometime. | |

I adore this lady  around 15 years ago I bought something like a dozen of her albums really cheap in a second hand store, and since then I'm hooked!
