Girl, you ARE late considering the amount of times he's been discussed on the org. But better late than never.

I've got a ticket for his April 8th show in NYC. Looking forward to it very much.

I believe someone else said he's playing somewhere in Cali on April 4th? Didn't really pay attention since I'm on the east coast obviously.

nod he is playing the Roxy on the Sunset Strip on the 4th.

It looks like he is also playing outside of Baltimore on May 5th (Townson, MD).

Capitol does a horrible ass job or promoting and updating his site so you have to be on the constant look out for new things...

I see. Hadn't been there in a while. When I saw the new splash I thought the site was revamped. They just gave the face a new coat. But did you check out the "Making of 'On the JungleFloor' " video? It's good to hear him talk about his craft.

"Executive Seducers" (Translation:He's a lush) Sounds good...what little you can hear. Can't wait for this.

He has one CD out so far.

Kind of Curtis Mayfield meets Stevie, Prince and Kravitz, but he's more low-key than all of those dudes.

I have a copy of a Van Hunt song called Out of the Sky. Is that it? I don't know if it was on a soundtrack but it is included on a compilation I have called Red Room Vol. 3, which is a 2004 promotional lp from Virgin and Target (yes, that Target lol). A friend of mine got it at some Target company party and gave it me. Its a vinyl double lp that also has tunes from Jill Scott, Nikka Costa, Alicia Keys, The Roots and others. Anyway, Out of the Sky is a great song.

That's from the debut album. The new album is AMAZING. Trust me. And there's a duet with Nikka Costa.
