Kelis is the most adventurous female in the R&B game right now. She keeps the genre interesting for me. The last time I bought a decent R&B album was over two years ago. If it wasn't for her and some other artists, I'd probably be knee-deep in indie or electronic. | |

Kelis is the most adventurous female in the R&B game right now. She keeps the genre interesting for me. The last time I bought a decent R&B album was over two years ago. If it wasn't for her and some other artists, I'd probably be knee-deep in indie or electronic. And she even keeps some keen in that area being with the first 2 albums at lease Straight Jacket Funk Affair
