Michael's "Number Ones" DVD reached a significant milestone in the United States this week as the title notched it's 100th week on the charts. The 4X platinum DVD shows no signs of slowing down as it spends another week in the Top 20.

If you notice, Black Sweat is on the charts as well. On the Hot 100, it debuted at #60, due to Internet Sales. It dropped off a week later. On the Singles Sales Charts it debuted at #1. Now it's #2. True, radio stations in America, controlled by Clear Channel, are resisting to play these songs. But check these links out.

Now, let's examine this phenomenon! Black Sweat is at #9 on the Most Played Video List on MTV. It's been in the Top Ten there for over a month! Not even Madonna can stake that claim! Plus, BS is at #10 for VH1. This shows that the public in general likes this song, particularly the younger generation. Oh, by the way BS debuted at #2 in Canada! As far as TAC goes, well it diwell in Switzerland, Canada (Top Ten), Spain (peaked at #2), Italy (Top Ten), Norway (Top 20), Austria, and other markets!
Don't get me wrong! I like MJ, too! I find that his reissues selling well around the world speaks volumes of his many achievements, despite his personal and legal problems.

I'm hoping the album will be a success. I bought "BS" off iTunes but skipped the sleep inducing "TAC". Wasn't feeling that one.
