People seriously think MJ does not have $475,000? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

If he doesn't, Janet does

Does she have enough money to indefinitely cover all of the family's bills? No one over there seems to be making much these days. I see all these claims about the millions Jacko makes off the music rights he owns, but if that's true why can't he even pay his employees? confuse

Honestly, it sounds pretty accurate.

I liked Michael but now in days he gets on my nerves. And no matter what any jury says he'll always be guilty in my mind and i'll continue to express it.

If you believe that kid Gavin and his lying Mom, then your judgement is about as off the wall's as Michael's for giving that kid and his family the time of day. He paid for that kids cancer treatment, and then got stabbed in the back. Wouldn't we all want friends like that?

I'm sorry but i don't believe he's innocent and i'm not about to explain my obvious reasons to an MJ fanatic. If you believe he's innocent, fine but don't be one of those fans that attacks those who don't believe he is.
He got himself into this mess and he should be the one to get himself out of it, not his fans.

If only MJ could come to terms with his sexuality and find a man to satisfy his sexual hunger, he may not have gotten himself into this mess. Yes MJ fans, MJ likes dick. Dick dick dick. Live with it.

According to Raymone Bain, on Thursday Jacko was traveling from London back to Bahrain, and he's been in Europe for some amount of time. Of course, Friedman was vague about all this...maybe his information was sketchy because it wasn't correct? razz doh!

..Jackson spokeswoman Raymone K. Bain said the entertainer was on a plane from London to the Persian Gulf nation of Bahrain most of the day on Thursday after traveling in Europe.

She said he learned of the situation at Neverland when he arrived in Bahrain late in the day, but she had been unable to discuss it with him because of the time difference...

Jackson scrambles to fix Neverland problems

By Scott Steepleton

March 10, 2006 12:19 PM

Financial woes at Neverland Valley Ranch could be over by Monday.

Michael Jackson's business office is scrambling to reinstate workers compensation insurance for the 69 employees at his Los Olivos ranch, and that policy should be in effect today or Monday, the News-Press has learned.

"I have no doubt that it will be worked out very soon," Jackson spokeswoman Raymone Bain told the News-Press.

A state investigation allegedly shows Mr. Jackson has not paid some employees since late December, and the required workers comp policy lapsed in January, authorities said.

He is being asked to pay about $470,000 in back wages and fines.

Dean Fryer, spokesman with the state Department of Industrial Relations, tells the News-Press today: "We're still in contact with his representatives at the ranch, and they're still attempting to secure workers compensation insurance."

For the full story, see Saturday's News-Press.

you cant stipulate that though..trust man, im in the industry. you can have problems securing a new loan if you cant prove you have income..but existing loans? the banks just want their money...they dont care if you had to take a personal loan to get it.

Yeah, too true. Having a stipulation like that would sort of be like biting your own ass.

If money was so readily available, he wouldn't be in this situation in the first place! Anyway, looks like they couldn't scrape it together on Friday, we'll see if they can pull it off on Monday. Maybe Janet will jump in and help with THIS one, since it looks like Mike's got a cashflow problem? hmmm

If it was so true, the jury would have checked guilty at least once out of the multiple times. Justice was served. Michael may be "freaky" but not "guilty." Go pick on R. Kelly. Maybe you can get your conviction with him. But leave Michael alone.

most of this story is just made up trash as usual, WE ALL KNOW BY NOW THAT EVERYTHING REPORTED ON MICHAEL IS TRASH SO DONT BELIEVE IT! The report said he hadnt paid anyone Jan, Feb, Mar... how the fuck does that amount to almost half a million dollars in back payments, he only has a cook, some cleaners and some security. What kinda salary are these people on $50k a week or something??

Try reading the articles, I posted on this other thread, they'll explain how the number was calculated. The back pay is only a part of the total: http://www.prince.org/msg/8/180591?pg=1

"WE ALL KNOW BY NOW THAT EVERYTHING REPORTED ON MICHAEL IS TRASH SO DONT BELIEVE IT!" Does that include all positive things reported about him, or only negative things? Some folks are happy to believe and report here any news, even from a tabloid, if it says something positive about Jacko. But if someone cites reputable news sources for some not-so-good news about him, then it's brushed off as trash. nod lol

"Jacko's No Longer Wacko" one,

"Worlds Greatest Humanoid Jacko" one

"Michael: He truly loves kids, animals, music and me"

There's been heaps of positive MJ news over the last ten years...

"Michael Jackson's Number Ones celebrates 100th week in charts"
"Michael Jackson found not guilty"
"Michael Jackson's Invincible debuts at #1 in 13 countries"
"Michael Jackson divorces Debbie Rowe" (thank God)

The story says he has 69 employees.
It also says 30 employees have filed complaints.
$169,000 is in fines for failure to keep his insurance current.
The other $306,000 is what he allegedly didn't pay his employees.
Seems a bit high but the story doesn't explain how long a period this covers.

Nah, R's keeping it within his own race. That's acceptable for a Black man in the good ol' USA.
