All you MJ fanatics need to stop making like you do not think that Michael Jackson is one whacky freak. Jermaine is an ass kisser & always will be when it comes to making money. He probably was cut off. Now, he threatens to put out a tell all book. None of this is not surprising to me at all. I do believe 95% of what he said is true.

Could this be "Word to the Bad pt 2"?? Remember Jermaine betrayed his brother in the early 90's with this single? The words went something like this...Once you were made...you changed your shade...was your color wrong? Its a known fact...you were born black..now youre too far gone.

I don't have a solid opinion yet on what Jermaine supposedly said on tape, but why the hell is it with MJ fams that every single time there's negative news about him, it's automatically BS, and every time there's positive news, it's automatically true? They need to stop living in this dream-world where everything is hunky-dory with their idol and nothing could POSSIBLY go wrong.

Last month, former Jackson jurors Ray Hultman and Eleanor Cook told MSNBC that they believed Jackson was guilty, were pressured into changing their votes by the jury foreman who threatened to remove them from the jury, and had contracted to co-author a book about the trial (The Deliberator) for SilverCreek Entertainment.

Last Wednesday (September 7), Hultman filed a lawsuit asking to be removed from the contract after discovering that the book proposal contained material plagiarized from Vanity Fair magazine.

Because this plagiarism damaged his reputation, ruined his change to write a book and caused him mental and emotional stress, Hultman also wants monetary damages from SilverCreek, from his agent Bill Gladstone, and from Stacy Brown, the "co-author" who would have been doing the actual writing and who allegedly plagiarized the material -- despite the fact that Brown has never met Hultman, never agreed to be part of the project, and in fact had turned it down after SilverCreek approached him: "I had no intention of writing this nor did I believe what was in the book."

Also last week (September 6), the mother of the boy who accused Jackson of abusing him pleaded not guilty to defrauding the welfare system of almost $18,800 (one count of aid by misrepresentation and four counts of perjury by false application for aid, felonies that could lead to a total of 5 years in prison).

During Jackson's trial, she refused to discuss her finances claiming her right against self-incrimination. Prosecutors will, however, be able to use evidence presented by Jackson's defense attorneys that she received a $150,000 settlement from J.C. Penny's at the same time she was receiving welfare payments and claiming to be indigent.

An October 28 hearing has been scheduled to determine whether there is enough evidence to hold her over for trial.

So Jermaine's finally saying what most people with a fully functioning brain have known for years. Big deal.

I read the bio from his ex-wife, who painted a very jealous picture of Jermaine in regards to Michael.

To back someone in court merely because he wanted to protect him from killing himself is ridiculous! If I saw any of my brothers sitting inappropriately on a bed with my nephews, I'd so fucking go off on them regardless of their position in the family!

I´ve heard about WOrd To the Badd song, but I´ve never heard the actual song or anything about the previous allegations that Jermaine was supposed to make in the past, that´s why I can´t say how serious or credible they were. But from the recent years over the trial as I have followed it, he "seemed" to be the most supportive appearing several times on Larry King Live supporting Michael etc. that´s why it would shock me, that someone like HIM would turn out like that. IF that Jermaine story would be true, it would make HIM look bad in my eyes, NOT Michael.
I remember him talking about some book on Larry King live, but I remember him saying that it was supposed to be positive, with no scandals in it back than so I don´t know.

As for La Toya´s past accusations....She admitted she was forced to it by her ex and I think her ex-husband even confirmed it once, hasn´t he?

Attention creditors and the state of California: Even as his Neverland ranch has been shut down today by authorities, Michael Jackson is back home in Encino after a nine month self-imposed exile.

Sources tell me exclusively that Jackson has been back at his family home in Encino for a day or so. He did not return to Neverland because he owes the staff back pay from Dec. 23, 2005.

This column has been the first and only to chronicle the lack of pay and insurance at Neverland. Reports today that California authorities finally figured out that there was no insurance at Neverland are pretty amusing. We've told you repeatedly for weeks that Neverland was about shut its doors. Wire reports today say that 30 employees have filed official complaints with the state labor authorities.

Readers of this column knew that weeks ago.

Some good news, though: Jackson returns to the family home in Encino with his mortgage payments up to date. Sources tell me sister Janet Jackson brought his $2.2 million loan current on February 10. The mortgage holder is relieved they don't have to foreclose. Janet Jackson also brought up to date Jackson's overdue payments on storage facilities in Buellton, Calif.

But Michael Jackson is in big, big trouble now. The state fined him $69,000, or $1,000 per employee, for allowing his insurance to lapse. He's also been levied $100,000 in fines for not paying the employees $306,000. That comes to $475,000, which Jackson does not have.

I do feel a little like Rodney Dangerfield here. For weeks I've told you in this space that Jackson was heading for a colossal financial disaster. Well, it's here, and so is he. Jackson's arrival in Encino signals a total break with Prince Abdullah of Bahrain who was underwriting the singer's extravagant lifestyle since last year. At the same time, Jackson faces imminent foreclosure on $270 million of loans guaranteed by his 50 percent ownership in Sony/ATV Music Publishing, aka the Beatles catalog.

More tomorrow, including the news that Jackson's year 2005 civil attorney, Brent Ayscough, has filed a breach of contract suit against the singer in Torrance, Calif., as of Feb. 21, 2006. And that's not all. Tonight, even as you read this, Jackson's employees who are still talking to him are headed to the Encino house for a meeting.

Michael needs to get his financial house in order. That's one. Like many other celebrities, particularly African-American celebrities, for one reason or another, they can make millions of dollars and lose it all. That's not calling him a bad guy.

Second, he has family issues in his past that by his own admission, would affect ANYbody, especially a five year old lead singer of an international superstar band.

Third, Michael has some issues about himself that he needs to resolve. Among them, his phobia about his nose being too big, about his skin being too dark, and about not being in control.

Fourth, this is where some people find that Michael may be a bad guy. He has many unresolved sexual issues. First, is he straight or gay? Second, can he accept whatever his sexuality is? Third, most insidiously, does he have an attraction to young boys?

Only Michael knows the real answers to these questions, but just because he was once the biggest star in the world, just because he sings beautifully, and dances well, does not mean that he is flawless.

He may be surrounded by thieves, backstabbers, liars, and criminals, but that doesn't absolve him from any responsibility for his own actions.

At the end of the day, only Michael can do Michael.
