it's almost impossible to choose, but simply for outstanding
achievement and weirdness i would also have to go with the
choice being "Tomorrow Never Knows".

it sounds about 30 years ahead of it's time, and by that time
it still sounded weird and new. absolutely stellar track.

This was Johns album IMO. My favorite would be I'm Only Sleeping or She Said She Said.

And Your Bird Can Sing is my personal favourite, and it also gets my vote as the most (pardon me for using this very tired word) underrated Beatles track.

Runner-up: For No One

I'm torn between Tomorrow Never Knows (innovative sound) & And Your Bird Can Sing (stellar guitar parts, just a great Pop song).

Either
Taxman or
Here , There And Everywhere , it might be a little sappy but the melody and harmonies are awesome , imo

if I had to pick only one: Eleanor Rigby

But I'm Only Sleeping and She Said, She Said are right up there.

yeah, i truly love Taxman as well. the guitar solo's are superb
and the whole song just smells of brilliance.

back in the 94/95 era i always hoped that prince would cover it
in concert but he never did

sad

Though John Lennon is my favorite Beatle by leaps and bounds, I'd have to say "Eleanor Rigby" is Revolver's strongest track.

it's between this song and "taxman" for me. i've always had a thing for "taxman", especially since someone told me that song was inspired by the problems they had playing in indianapolis. (is that true?)
