I have the dvd. Love Mint but was disappointed in those old ass songs on the DVD. I really only picked it up to support MC. -Mg

I dug it. I was recorded months b4 the cd was released(show recorded in dec. cd released in April). So older songs had to be done. A lot of the show was edited for dvd purposes. They included 4 new joints on the dvd. Which was enough considering the cd had yet to be released. That was the 1st people had seen of them in yrs. Mofos would've been heated had they come out doin' all new stuff and none of the older stuff.

It's worth getting.

Well they started doing east coast gigs in late 05 after a 6 yr. hitaus. I caught one of those gigs and they were sasying throught the show that a new cd was comming out and that a was as well. It was at those gigs that the new material was heard for the 1st time.

The response to the new material was so-so. People really didn't know it. But the response to the older material was overwhelming. The crowd sang word for word to every tune. Plus the show was sold out. After seeing them 3 times in the last year I wish they had've recorded more of the show for the dvd instead of editing it out.the documentary could've included old videos and maybe some classic tv performances. But overall it's better than nothing....I've seen worse.....
