Check out Different Class which is the album "Common People" is on. That's their most popular, but not my favorite though. Another good one to try is His 'n' Hers which is also similar (IMO) to Different Class, and if you wanted to label it "Brit Pop" I guess that's what it would be. But there are two other brilliant albums by them that came later This is Hardcore and We Love Life which are so different from each other, yet both extremely complex and layered. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Here are some bits of different reviews I found just now concerning We Love Life though:

"By the time its frenzied bouncing comes to an unwanted stop, you've pretty much forgotten the existence of other albums, never mind other Pulp albums. Words can't express how good this album is. I cannot believe no one mentioned Jennifer Lopez yet. For me, the song "Jenny from the block" (or whatever it's called) forever makes her the number 1 most-hate-deserving "artist" ever, far ahead of 50 Cent. He's just laughable. Then all those fake wanna-be rock groups like... you name them. And Usher, of course. Kanye West I don't know that well at all.
I think James Blunt is rather alright, not because of the music, surely not, but because he seems rather humble and friendly.
