Oops. This is an appreciation thread. I appreciated her in Selena and Out of Sight. She showed great (since then unrealized) potential in those two films.

she seems like she's trying REALLY too hard in the new LL video...though she looks good. but she only has one or two poses/dance moves/looks that she uses over and over again on stage and in videos that is getting played out. plus she sounds like a rip off of Gwen in the Pharrell song on that track IMO..

but i aint gon lie, when she first came out in Money Train, Anaconda, Selena, Out of Sight then her first album...I was a huge fan. On the 6 has some great pop/r&b/latin stuff, "waiting for tonight" is awesome...but her singing makes Paula Abdul sound like Celine Dion.

J-LO is breathtakingly beautiful. She's an excellent dancer. But she's a below average singer. And her acting skills are average at best. Just my opinion. I'm just keeping it real.
