Ice Cube's new "RaceCard" video is provocative

Check it out and comment if you feel like it. I think it's a good 3 minute video. Fox finally has a reality show I want to see.

"Ice Cube has been making a strong comeback to the music business lately with a new single getting radio play, a new album in the works, a tour planned, and a couple other side projects cooking. If this wasn't enough, the brainiac also produced the upcoming Fox Networks series "Black.White.". The reality show, which premieres March 8th, is about one white and one black family who come together under one roof in Los Angeles as they prepare to go out in the world as the other race.

Ice Cube has also been secured to do the official theme song for the show, entitled "Race Card". And known for being a political rapper, Ice Cube was definitely the right person chosen.

"Don’t believe the hype, everything in the world ain’t black and white / everybody ain’t a stereotype / just because I look wrong I'm about to do right", Cube raps in the title song, which also includes his sharp rejection of an oft-cited phrase: "Did you get your race card? Yo, what the hell is a race card?"

In support of the documentary, Ice Cube also shot a video for the song. A lot of talk, lets see and hear the outcome, as Dubcnn has both the video and audio of "Race Card" below. Download it and hit the forum with some feedback!

I too have always respected Ice Cube, in that he always says what's on his mind & he doesn't even think about being "politically correct".

to me, this "black or white" concept picks up from his on-point "be true to the game" video he did years ago.

this reality show seems to have a lot of potential
(I'll have to get someone to record it for me)
if nothing else, this show should get people to simply
TALK
about "race relations" HONESTLY - something that most Americans don't do, or do enough.

keep shakin' shit up, Ice Cube.
I'll see you tonight..
in ALL MY DREAMS..
