Ridiculous Prince comment on D'RO show

David Lee Roth's bodyguard/ panelist on his radio show who calls himself ANIMAL, said Prince could front a new reformed Blind Melon...and D'RO agreed with him.

I didn't hear the comment, I do listen to the show when I can, I like Dave. Anyways he could. So what. How is that ridiculous. Prince is a musical chamellion so why couldn't he. That's not saying he would or should but if he wantted to he probably could easily.

What a strange comment. Is it even meant as an insult? At least Prince hasn't been kicked out of a band TWICE!

It might have been funnier if he'd said he could take Beyonce's place in Destiny's Child, or Fanki Valli's place in the Four Seasons (is that his correct band name?)

Really.

What the heck does that even mean?

Dunno, but it's a wacky comment to be making.

I always kinda liked Blind Melon boxed ...except for the terribly overplayed "No Rain" song, those guys were pretty good..."Tones of Home"...awesome song..I could see Prince singing that...However, odd comment none the less....

I think it's particularly tacky given the lead singer of Blind Melon accidentally ODed on coke back in '95. It's not like the band went defunct because they sucked.

Stupid comment.

Blind Melon rules, they can be funky, they have great melodies too, and a big led zeppelin influence.
