Duran Duran & Whitney to perform at Olympics Duran Duran And Whitney Houston To Perform At Olympics
02/13/2006 2:00 PM, Yahoo! Music LAUNCH Radio Networks Duran Duran and Whitney Houston are among the artists who will perform at this year's Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy. The shows will take place at the Olympic Village's Medals Plaza after each night's awards ceremony. According to LiveDaily.com, Duran Duran will play on Wednesday (February 15), Houston is set for February 19, and Avril Lavigne will perform on the 21st. Grammy winner Kelly Clarkson entertained crowds Sunday (February 12th). Other artists tapped to play the Olympics are Andrea Bocelli, Anastacia and Ricky Martin. | |
