Do we all like Bobby Caldwell?

He can be a little middle of the road, but at times he is one bad ass white boy..lol What u all think?

Do For Love was a bomb track! Sounded like EWF....that song alone makes him the man.

He seems to stay on Syndrome, which is a goofy little LA label.

Yeah, I guess that works for him...originally (in the late 70's-early eighties) he was on Cloud records, a subsidiary of the TK (KC and The Sunshine Band, etc.) Disco record label....


btw, I still have the heart shaped 45 single that originally came out , for "What You Won't Do For Love"...

only songs i've liked are "open your eyes" and "what you won't do for love" probably because they are the only songs i've heard from him...

I loved Bobby back in the day. I haven't listened to him since he started doing the jazz standard thing. I absloutely love the remake of his own What You Won't Do For Love. Probably more than I love the original. My absolute favorite song by him is Coming Down From Love. Makes me cry.
