i'm listening to his best of for the first time in over 2 years. brilliant but at times inconsistent. astral weeks remains one of the greatest albums ever recorded though. what a legend. and he's irish!

I just picked up a few bits and pieces and I noticed they've quite a few Van Morrison albums there.

I love Astral Weeks, although I listen to Avalon Sunset the most (probably more to do with the memories it evokes than the quality of the music).
