Your Favourite Protest Songs I was once asked by a record company guy in what my fave protest songs were. i think the label was putting together a compilation of these songs and he was looking for suggestions. this was just before the war started in Iraq.
what's your favourite or what resonates with you when it comes to protest songs?

Damn...that was gonna be my answer. The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.
