"Check out that guy with the jeri curl"

"You mean the SCARY CURL...look at that stuff dripping all over his shirt"

The absolute Jheri-curl champions were, in no particular order:

Midnight Star

Full Force ( especially Paul Anthony )

Ready For The World

....and of course Icecube ( his best jhericurl was on the cover of that early NWA LP NWA and the Boyz or whatever it was called, came out before Straight Outta Compton....some of you probably remember that one, they were all standing in some backyard drinking Olde English...Cube was wearing a babyblue Adidas sweater.)

....and my homey Kader who kinda faked his way through by using tons of wax and gel...he was also a huge Full Force fan. lol

And don´t forget Force MDs
" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

OMG, and then the blind woman in the Hello video did a clay bust of Lionel, Jheri curl and all! A Jheri curl...crafted from red clay! lol

Let's not forget Minnesota's own Jimmy Jam. In "The Walk" video, he was sporting that triangle piece that went to the bridge of his nose. Ola Ray and Michael Jackson were King and Queen of the curl. I know what you mean about those blues singers VainAndy. Buddy Guy used to have a thick, juicy jheri curl up until a few years ago. Now he's Billiard Ball Bald!

What about Ice Cube c.1987 and Easy E???

But it has to be Rick James on a red album cover (I forget the album) its red and theres like steam coming out and RJ with the grease dripping off those jhericurl/kiss curl hair style (might be about 83/85.

And the line in the 50cent movie "u ugly Rick James looking muthafucka"
