I think it's at least a good thing that she's taking it off slowly vs. doing something drastic to get it all off in say, A MONTH. Putting the weight on or off is not a bad thing, in my eyes, but just be careful about what food you put in your body and try not try to crash diet. It's the crash and burn technique that's sooooo dangerous for the metabolism and can cause so many future health problems....

Very True...the music is mostly good but the lyrics usually fall to the sex category. I think her duet with Michael (Scream) was one of the most personal songs she ever sang on, that didn't mention sex or a lover of some kind.

However when she was ion All 4 U project and tour, she was lsanky and sometimes sickly looking. Too too Skinny is cool if its your body structure.But on tour she be working her ass off onstage. A 2 hour work out.

Some good comments here. The yo-yoing just shows that she hasn't mastered a regular healthy lifestyle. I just think when she gets fit she overdoes it. It's almost as if she's an athlete trying to maintain her 'fighting weight' and that's not an every day size or style wshich makes her blowing up even more dramatic.

The only thing that would determine whether I buy her album or not is the quality. So she could come out looking like Ms. Fit America but if the music sucks I won't bother.
