No. Are you too young to know? Yes, hip hop used to be innocent. It was about style , dancing and a cool attitude oh, and Funky Beats. It was fun back in the day. [Edited 2/5/06 14:11pm] Desiigner "Panda" LES TWINS x YAK FILMS | Laurent ft Skitzo & Boom Squad Inglewood (part 1)

I hate those damn computer video players. I had to sit and wait about 15 minutes before it got to the very beginning of the song where it said "Hey boy" and I recognized it instantly and then turned that slow ass player off.
Anyway, that song is called "Reckless" and it's by Chris "The Glove" Taylor and David Storrs. The rap is by Ice T. It's from the "Breakin" soundtrack but the version in that video is the 12 Inch version which sounds completely different from the original version. The 12 Inch version is available on one of the "Street Jams: Electric Funk" volumes. That song was the absolute jam in my senior year. That's back when rap was slammin' just as hard as funk. Andy is a four letter word. | |
