James Brown fans... Superbad, Superslick = Super Bad?

i was looking through a discography and saw a track called Superbad Superslick released as a single. i looked it up on AMG to see what it was from. i only saw it re-issued on the Bowfinger soundtrack and some other obscure thing. but anyway, i went looking to download it to see if i knew it, and after several attempts, all i get is Super Bad (approx. 4:25) mistitled as Superbad Superslick.

anyway, i was wondering if Superbad Superslick was just a later single release of Super Bad that was retitled or if it's its own song confuse

anyone know? i don't think i've ever heard it.

well that's a good question. All I know is that the JB song on the Bowfinger soundtrack is Super Bad.

yeah, that's my problem. since AMG says it's "superbad, superslick" and it's actually "super bad" that's why i'm wondering.

um, yeah, i've been there. that's actually why i started the thread. it's listed as a single there, but i can't find any evidence of it being its own song and not a re-titled Super Bad.

any answer?

It's a very lame arrangement of the original.
Where it came from and why it was done, i've haven't got a clue.

You can hear a sample of it on allmusic.

Be forewarned. confused
