Why doesn't Walter "Junie" Morrison get more luv?

Junie Morrison has long been one of the baddest one man bands around and one of my all time favorite musicians. A visionary whose work with the Ohio Players and P-Funk is legendary and the cat also put out some damn good solo work. He was so far ahead of his time and is an equally adept musician and songwriter. I just don't understand why he doesn't get more credit considering he was the mad genius behind some of the greatest music ever released.

many p-funkateers know about bernie worrell's tenure with the band more than they do junie. hell even a lot ohio players fans don't know that junie was their original board man before billy beck was. especially those that started their listenin with "skin tight"

Didn't he do the synth work for Funky Worm as was on the late 70's P-Funk LPs like One Nation and Uncle Jam.

Oh yeah -- in fact, if I'm not mistaken, Junie wrote that song. It was recorded by The Ohio Players when Junie was still a member.
