why doesn't the record companies try something different its obvious pushing the likes of people like Ashlee Simpson isn't working..they may as well try pushing some of the older srtists..like playing the new rolling stones singles on the top 40 stations..if the younger crowd would get a chance to hear some of these people they would like them and then add to it the already installed fan base of some of these veteran artists i think the results would be much better..
