Goldfrapp is definitely touring this year again and that's who I want to see the most.

aside from prince, i don't think i'm gonna be as much of a concert whore this year...i'm more interested in seeing shows with friends this year than seeing shows because the band is "must see". there's rumbling of another lollapalooza in chicago this summer. i'd do that again if the line-up is good and i can talk folks into going with me.

i think i'm concerted out. with VERY FEW exceptions, once i've seen someone once or twice, i'm good to go. prince and bowie are the main exceptions, and i know bowie's not touring this year, so that lowers my ticket buying budget for '06! i'd love to see princess superstar this year - i haven't seen her play live in a long time, and i think her new album would be fun in concert. I'm still hauling your ass to Bjork and a Bowienet gig, should there be one.

Outkast (if their CD drops this year) Tonex (a farewell tour?) Prince I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

Janet(saw her in the AFY tour, and it was hot) David Bowie(Missed him on the last tour, so hopefully he'll tour again) The Cure(They're workin on something, so you never know) U2(Though I doubt they'll tour this year)

That I Love Lucy Reunion would have been nice but I'll say Van Halen with Dave.
(I probably have a better chance of the I Love Lucy reunion. "The first time I saw the cover of Dirty Mind in the early 80s I thought, 'Is this some drag queen ripping on Freddie Prinze?'" - Some guy on The Gear Page

hey Stymie! (been a while, eh???) OH YES I HAD THE IMMENSE AURAL PLEASURE of seeing STEELY DAN live on their '03 Everything Must Go tour. the music was BRILLIANT as you could imagine & Donald's voice sounded.. better than I thought it would! you may have heard word has it Donald has a NEW ALBUM coming out sometime within the next 2 months or so.. this OUGHT to mean SOME type of tour or at least a few tour dates. DEFINTELY do what you can to see THE DAN even if it means you have to do a "road trip"! thatd be hot I'll leave it alone babe...just be me
