lookin thru some old casette singles, i ran across sophie b. hawkins' damn i wish i was your lover and now can't sleep without it. from the train intro, to the etheral keyboards this song is definitley meant 4 a one on one...what ya'll think?

Well sure, if we never progressed from the early-90s...

I saw her perform live in a plaza parking lot back in the mid 90s. She did a small acoustic set, really small. But it was a great performance, she sounded incredible.

I love this song, but hated her other hit "As I Lay Me Down". I really need to check some more of her stuff out. I hate when I do that....like a song by an artist but never get around to listening to what else they have to offer. It's just so much out there.....I get a little overwhelmed.

I'm gonna download the song now, haven't heard it for ages and it's a great song.

she was on that show last year where old bands get back together and perform....i think she lost though to PM Dawn

That was Cool. She was on Howard Stern's E show. She had spilled Milk all over her Breasts on the album cover...
