I read that he has a new band called the Raconteurs (hope i spelled it right). Anyone gonna be checking this out. I probably will. I think that man is a genius!

JACK White and Brendan Benson are to launch a limited-edition vinyl single in February.

The pair have formed a band called The Raconteurs and will release what is sure to immediately become a collectors' item seven-inch.

The songs to appear on the vinyl are yet to be confirmed, according to NME.

Also in The Raconteurs are Jack Lawrence on bass and Patrick Keeler on drums - both from The Greenhornes.
