I am in the middle of it. It is a engrossing book. I like reading tell all books. They are some of my favorite books to read but if I were in the Hollywood sceane I wouldn't have the nerve to write one. But it just gave me a better appreciation for my life to realise that there is so much more important to be healthy and happy than just have the appearance of that with money and notoriety.  | |

VH-1 had a show on that. She was Complaining about how woman are portrayed in the videos and how they would start drinking and drugging early in the morning. | |

I have the audiobook. She never mentioned Prince. That wasn't her running crowd. She pretty much hung out with thug rappers, ball players and R&B singers...and Bill Maher. I heard she's talking about writing another book. That chick is gonna get merc'd if she keeps snitching on celebs like that. | |

You know, she received death threats before the book was released. She snitched out a lot of married rappers, except for one she calls "Big Daddy." She basically whored herself out and ediced to make money telling the story. And she was on that VH-1 show about video girls. She says herself she tried to out whore other girls so she would get the part in a video and it usually worked. And no, Krystal, there is no Prince mention.
And as for bill Maher. He likes and dates black women. I actually saw him with a date (black) at one our "see and be seen" restaurants here in Philadelphia. I'm not surprised she mentioned him. | |

I would have more respect for someone telling the truth in a tell all book then someone making up things and passing it off as a tell all book. So books seem just to tell a whole lot of things except the truth. I have purchased a copy for myself to read and I saw her on the Suze Orman show. Go figure. But I mentioned the book because of this fact who knows who sued to have their names excluded from her book. Oh well It be nice if someone could tell the whole truth for once. I know she had a lot of Chicago rappers mad at her. So there must be a shred of truth to the book. sorry if that was over your head...jump up and try to catch the point next time. | |

I just finnished this book and it really was one of the most depressing books I have ever read in my life. I think I'm in need of a Rob Schnider movie now.  | |

She had a rough childhood but lots of us do. After I finished it, I was thinking "She made her own bed". I really can't feel sorry for her in the end because she made a small fortune for herself by expoliting the stars in much the same way as the tabloids do. Her book would not have received the attention it did if it was just about her growing up. She promised gossip and that's what sold it. The problem is I think that she has backed herself into a corner. I think that with the threat of her new book will come her demise. Now she's talking about writing another one and telling the things that she didn't tell in the first one. Somebody's gonna find her in an alley with a needle in her arm and the police are gonna say she "ODed" and we'll never know who popped her. If she keeps exposing people with power and money, that's exactly where she's gonna end up. Someone is going to make an example of her or else every other groupie will be writing tell-all books and getting away with it. I hate to be making such drab predictions but we've seen this in life a million times. Snitches get it before the bad guys do. Funny thing is, it'll probably be at the hand of somebody we'd least expect - like Usher. 
For real, she wrote her own fate. People took advantage of her but she ALLOWED it, She even said so herself. She wanted that lifestyle and she went after it and she got it. It was only when she found out that it wasn't what she thought it would be did she decide to try to change. If she were getting everything she wanted; if she had not ended up homeless but instead living off one of the rappers or ball players she was messing with, do you think this book would have been written? She said anything other girls would do, she would outdo them at it. She has a great body; I'll give her that. Other girls were prettier but she was more willing. THAT is what pushed her ahead. You know what her nickname was. I doubt she got that because she had a large cranium. | |
