I kinda wasn't feelin her at first,but now I took the time to really listen and watch the video footage at her website.
I just got cantneverdidnothin and can't stop listening to it.
Why didn't she get any Grammy nominations?

I saw Nikka live a coupla months ago and she's awesome. I bought a live DVD at the show and now I have both her albums.

I agree. I loved Everybody's Got Their Something, but Can'tneverdidnothin' just does nothing for me. I love the first few tracks but it just falls apart after that. If Nikka wants to get really funky she needs to dust off some old Betty Davis records.

I've only ever seen her live at the 2nd Celebration, but she brought the house down. Almost literally.

Love her. I only discovered her when I saw her support Lenny Kravitz. One of the most pleasant surprises I've had for a supporting act.

I agree, Nikka really tears it up live. Anyone that ever gets an opportunity to see one of her shows definitely shouldn't pass it up. Each year that I've seen her live, it was the best show of the year.
