I'm blown away by this comp, really gotta dig into her full albums
I feel so dumb - I had no idea it was her all the times I've heard "My Baby Just Cares For Me" 
Her version of "Funkier Than A Mosquito's Tweeter" is so different from Tina Turners - was she the first to put that instrumental build on it? (granted I haven't heard Tina's in it's entirety, just a snip, but the delivery & arrangement seems so different)...   I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!!
