Do you notice that,despite heavy promotion in the US, COADF is still selling steadily on the charts? I just find it kinda cool that it's all basically through word of mouth

Think about it. All the hardcore Madonna fans bought the album within weeks one and two. They probably hawked it to there friends, hence the steady sales.
