Isaac Hayes is nearly untouchable in my book, and his version is great. Very touching in a very different way from J5's. But Michael's is still the definitive version of this song.

I'm not a fan of hers, but I saw Alicia Keys do a great cover of it J5 style on Tv. She's really talented.

I love Sheena Easton's version from her 2001 CD - FABULOUS. It took the best elements of the 70's and gave it a 21st century update. Very cool.
