In the R&B section of The Electric Fetus or the used record bin of any ole' used record place.

I do almost all of my music-related shopping online now. Good record stores in my town are a thing of the past.

the 'new arrivals' section for used CDs at reckless records, or else i will be skimming through the prince section to see if anyone's sold any good rare stuff lately...you'd be surprised at some of the goodies i've picked up for cheap at reckless, not to mention i've filled out my cd single collection for about 1.99 a pop!

I buy all my music-related items from either amazon or Best Buy.
