Most of the samples from the RN and janet. eras are subtle or short (ex. Someday We'll Be Together strings on You Want This). For the past 2 albums, the singles are generally the only tracks with samples, and those samples are often direct. On the whole, she actually samples LESS now than she used to, but people don't notice that because the samples she does use are blatant and those tracks often become singles.
