It's her wobbly, whiny voice of hers! I just want to throw a tomato at her! I have most of her albums and can't stand to listen to them- can anyone recommend a song that doesn't suck? I do admire her as a songwriter- just tooooo damn political for me, and her independant position against the major lables. And that's gotta be why Prince likes her CUZ her music sucks. i didnt like her at first for the reasons you've stated..but her last couple albums have toned down the voice and whats left is a beautiful soul that tells awesome stories via lyrics and some of the best acoustic guitar playing i have ever heard. Space for sale... | |
