OMAR IS VERY LIKE MESHELLE NDEOGEOCELLO. WHY IS IT THAT THE GEREAT MUSICIANS DO NOT GET PUBLICED WELL. BOTH ARE VASTLY UNDER PUBLICED AND MARKETED.

I THINK OMAR HAS GOT A NEW RECORD DEAL WITH SOME FRENCH RECORD COMPANY. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE A CATALIST AND PUSH THE MAN TO THE MASSES.

HE IS ONE OF THE BEST LIVE PERFORMERS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I HAVE BEEN TO 4 GIGS AND I PUT HIM UP THERE AND BEYOND HIS SO CALLED NEO SOUL COUNTERPARTS SUCH AS D'ANGELO AND BADU.

IF U HAVE'NT CHECKED OUT HIS NEW ALBUM 'BEST BY FAR' IT IS AS THE TITLE SAYS OMAR'S MOST COHESIVE AND DARN RIGHT FUNKY ALBUM TO DATE.

MAY I LIVE TO SEE THE DAY WHEN NDEOGEOCELLO AND OMAR ARE HOUSE HOLD NAMES.

BUT IS THAT WHAT THEY WANT?

MAYBE THEY ARE JUST HAPPY WITH TRUE FANS FOLLOWING THEM AND BUYING THEIR ALBUMS.

Oh did they forget Omar? Nasty, people! Apart from your all-caps, I agree, Omar rules over most 'neo-soul'ers! Nice to see his name here. As for your point, it is a shame indeed Omar (and Me'shell in lesser degree) are largely forgotten. But hey, that's economics... Thank god they keep making music and performing even for small crowds.
