i heard this song back in 89' and never 4got it cause it's damn beautiful,until by mikki bleu. i don't know what happened to this cat the next 2 albums after "i promise", but his 1st 1n was perfect....

I Promise was a great album by a great artist. I listened to it just last week.

lock n key (he gets busy on the bass on this one)
somethin real (beautiful beautiful keyboards)
every little thing (cool guitar solo in the middle and at the end)
stand (this one here was the cut....wish it was about 4 more mins with at least one more guitar solo)

Hmmm...a tough choice! "Stand" is actually the track on the album that I like the least.

If I had to choose, "Can He Rock You Like This", "Lock-N-Key", "Until" and "Every Little Thing" are probably my favorites (sorry -- can't choose just one).
