I think Bilal may have an issue with himself in relation to the releasing of his latest material. Even I as a musician have this problem. It's sort of a thing where you want your new project to be great and not a flop! You have people anxiously awaiting to hear it but at the same time you have people waiting to pick it apart. So there is double anxiety! So you postpone and delay due to the possibility of success or failure. It is a hurdle we musicians all have to deal with. I think the leaks are scheduled to get a taste of what people are saying about certain cuts from his own management. I vividly remember the same delay with the 1st born 2nd album. The dude had me waiting so long to get the album that by the time I actually bought it I had at least 7 cuts already. So the album wasn't really "new"! I agree he is someone I have been waiting to hear again for years. Ever since meeting him in 2002 I have been putting his name in the ears of everyone in the Philly area! I hope he does something for the fans in reference to this long wait. Like perhaps a video along with the cd? That would be hot.
