They play that song in Friday when Joy first appears, and it makes me laugh every time.

OMG. Friday is one of my absolute Favorite films! I didn't know that was 2LiveCrew...maybe I should get that soundtrack... hmmm

"Fuck you motherfucker, you think you're slick gonna come up here & ask me for some money. Ask that bitch for some money!" Love it!
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

who did that song..."why waste your time..you know your gonna be mine..im gonna get you baby..im gonna get you yes i am!!"?

That sounds like Bizarre Inc's "I'm Gonna Get You". That's not stupid. That's classic early 90s pop-house. Like Haddaway's "What Is Love".

Oh, the pre-internet days when it was more difficult to identify a song. I remember trying to find out what the name of the song was. I went into the local Musicland and asked the dork behind the counter to identify the song. He asked me to sing some of it. Those were the exact lines I "sang." He was all confuse
