pray for me--UPDATED!! i WENT TO a kiddie concert tonight for christmas, i bought my nieces and nephew tickets to the winterjam festival here in baltimore--bow wow, omarion, marques houston, ciara, chris brown and trey songz--unfortunately, i can't stand any of these people pray for my soul UPDATE: 1. Four Hour Concert 2. 20,000 screaming kids--ONE FUCKING ENTRANCE 3. NO BAND (surprise, surprise) 4. Da Brat was the host (looking very butch again 5. Marques Houston and Omarion are TOO OLD to be on this tour--their sets were definitely geared more toward 21 and up (MH stripped down to "Naked" and O saying he was a grown ass man and needed somebody 18 or older, plus some racy profanity by both of them 6. Ciara's Captain Winky did not come out (which would have made my night), but she can actually carry a tune 7. Bow Wow can actually carry a show--i'm not the biggest rap fan, but it was impressive--kinda like an early ll cool j show 8. the energy in the building was unbelievable!!--not even at a Prince concert have i felt the whole building shake with 19,999 people (i was sitting 9. will never ever go to that kind of concert again unless they improve on getting people into the building and situated 10. i bought a bootleg t-shirt off the corner [Edited 12/29/05 5:09am] you look better on your facebook page than you do in person

Have fun!!!
I took my daughter to the Scream tour some years ago (B2K, IMX and Bow Wow) and it was actually enjoyable from a parental standpoint. It was a clean show and to see the little girls scream and cry was so funny.....lawd. It was cute.

Who am I kidding... I guess kids see that shit all the time now, huh? well if marques houston does that song "naked", i'm guessing there'll be some pg-13 moments. just as long as ciara's alleged Captain Winky doesn't make a surprise appearance, i guess we'll be okay you look better on your facebook page than you do in person

pray for my soul the gig cant be that long cuz they cant have more than about 10 tunes between them. yeah have fun! my biggest fears: 1. each of those 10 songs becomes the 20 minute extended remix/dance off rendition 2. these "singers" decide they want to actually play with a live band and sing you look better on your facebook page than you do in person
